We will be feeding up to 85 homeless on Super Bowl Sunday beginning at 3:30PM. We are working with another church to provide food, football, fellowship, ministry, and love. At the end of the evening we are giving out fanny packs filled with toiletries, scarves and miscellaneous items. For this, we have received donations but are still short some.
Below is a list of what we still need for the Homeless Feed fanny packs.
20 toothpastes (if small tubes, please double)
20 skin lotion
40 shampoos
25 bar soaps
25 deodorants
25 small tissues
43 small shaving creams
40 lip balms
30 hand sanatizing gels
44 pairs of gloves
If you are able to help, please e-mail Pastor Lee (plee@rezlife.org) what you will be able to donate, so we don't double up too much. We need the items no later than Sunday morning in order to get them into the packs and ready for Sunday afternoon. Also, if you have items such as scarves, please bring them in as soon as possible - latest Sunday morning - but certainly let me know how many you are bringing of what item.
We are very excited and appreciate so much your willingness to serve and give. If you know of someone who would like to give, please feel free to forward this and have them let Pastor Lee know what they can provide.

As always, we'll be serving from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. Join us for our "family friendly" meal and then be blessed in all our Wednesday evening church activities that start at 7:00 p.m.!

Men's ENCOUNTER -- This Weekend!
Dear Men,
Just a quick reminder that there is still time to sign up for the Men's Encounter taking place this weekend at Resurrection Life Church!
As new creations in Christ, all of us are going through the process of being renewed through the power of the Cross. This restoration process is somewhat like peeling the layers off an onion. In God's perfect timing, the Holy Spirit gently yet completely deals with issues and bondages that have lodged in the layers of our mind, will, and emotions to bring us to wholeness and freedom. Through this Encounter Weekend you will find yourself being set free to soar in new found healing and spiritual release.
The Encounter is also a perfect event to bring an unsaved friend, co-worker, or family member. There are concentrated opportunities given for individuals to meet Christ, break free of negative habits, and be healed body, soul, and spirit. Those who attend continually testify of life-transforming experiences.
Our schedule is Friday, January 25 from 7 - 9 p.m. Registration starts at 6:30 p.m. Then on Saturday, January 26 we start at 8:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast and sessions run all day long until 9:00 p.m. Lunch and Dinner are also served.
Registration is $ 50.00 for first time attenders. Repeat attendees pay $ 25.00
This fee includes all meals and handout materials.

RezLife YOUTH: Acquire the Fire Info
Any youth planning to attend Acquire the Fire needs to have their money IN to Leah or Jonathan immediately (they will be purchasing a block of tickets so the group can sit together).Acquire the Fire will take place on February 15-16 at the Target Center in Minneapolis.

Super Bowl Sunday OUTREACH Event
As part of our SuperBowl event ministry to the homeless, we will be handing out fanny pack-type bags which will include gifts such as personal toiletries and other basics. RezLife has 50 bags to fill.

Comfort Food....Mmmmmm!
Burrrr!!! It's really cold out there, isn't it?
But that also makes it perfect to serve up some good old COMFORT FOOD as the menu for tomorrow night's "Family Friendly" meal before church!
Bring the whole family and join us from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. for supper. The menu will be Chili and Grilled Cheese sandwiches for the adults and Grilled Cheese sandwiches and corn for the kids. The dessert will be an assortment of cakes.
Cost is $ 5 for adults, $ 3 for kids, and $ 1 for dessert.

Meals for Missions Begin Again!!!
Happy New Year all Friends and Family of Rez Life!
We kick off a couple new things tomorrow for our midweek Family Night at RezLife...
We will again be serving our "family friendly" suppers from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. each Wednesday night. (Tomorrow's menu will be: Chicken Bow-Tie Pasta with vegetables, garlic bread and brownie Sundaes.) Cost is $ 5 for adults, $ 3 for children, and $ 1 for dessert. All profits will go to Home Again Uganda ministries.
Tomorrow night we will also be kicking off our new adult small group topics. Please come and select a group you would like to be part of over the next several months.
As always, our fabulous AWANA children's program will be in full swing as well.

Memorial Service Info
The memorial service for Nancee Dougherty will be held on Thursday, January 10th at Christ Family Church International [9675 West 76th St. Suite 100, Eden Prairie]. There will be time for guest to view family photos from 4-6pm. The memorial service will begin at 6:00 p.m.
