The 10th Annual Golfing Fore Missions tournament will take place at Crystal Lake Golf Course in Lakeville on Tuesday, July 22nd with a start time of 11:00 a.m. The cost will be $125 which will cover green fees, cart, dinner and a host of prizes, as well as a fun day!

To speed up registration, please send in forms and fees to Resurrection Life Church prior to July 8th (the earlier the better). Checks can be made payable to Resurrection Life Church, or you may pay by credit card.
As a supporter of missions, you play a vital role in the success of this golf tournament. Registration is limited to 36 teams. Hole sponsorships are $500. Each sponsorship includes your name in the program and on a tournament hole sign – (if you choose, you can use your own sign).
