GOLFING FORE MISSIONS EVENT

Summer is here in Minnesota which means time at the lake, fishing, boating, bike-riding, gardening and all of the other fun activities that come with the warm, sunny weather.

More importantly, it means it's golf season. And what comes with golf season? It's the 12th annual Golfing Fore Missions scramble tournament on Tuesday, July 27th at Crystal Lake Golf Club in Lakeville. While you may play several times this summer, THIS EVENT will be your most impacting round of golf. Each year we sponsor this tournament and use the proceeds to further God's Kingdom and fulfill His Great Commission. This year will be no different as there will be multiple over-seas mission trips sponsored by Resurrection Life Church and our continued support for The Redeemed, Africa boys' home in Uganda.

If you want to see God's work up close and in person, I highly encourage you to spend some time with two of God's miracles, Geoffrey and Moses. These two young men are great examples of God's favor and love. He has moved them from the streets of Uganda to Home Again, Uganda, to university campuses here in America. Their stories are amazing and powerful.

God's hand is not too short to reach anyone, anywhere in the world. Our duties are to create those opportunities for His vessels to be able to spread His message of love and restoration. The fact that we can do that by golfing on a beautiful summer day in Minnesota just shows how awesome God is. Amen?

CHURCH PICNIC -- Sunday, July 11

Just wanted to give everyone a "heads up" about our annual Church Picnic so that you can mark your calendars. It will be Sunday, July 11 at the pavilion at Lake Riley in Eden Prairie. The picnic will start about 1:00 p.m. -- after the morning service has ended. Everyone is invited to come and lunch will be provided by the church.

We will be having some games for children, a volleyball tourney, and of course "beach time" and lots of fellowship.

We always also have a Water Baptism on the shore of Lake Riley before the meal and other activities. If you have not yet been baptized in water by immersion as a believer (or if you know of someone who needs to be baptized) please call the Rez Life church office to let us know you would like to do so. 952-934-5433

"Rock Shovelers" Needed This Saturday

Dear Strong Men of Rez Life Church,

Pastor Bill and Bob Harken need six to eight men who could help with putting fresh landscape rock out around the church landscape areas. This "shoveling event" will take place this coming Saturday, May 1 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the church. If you have a shovel and/or a wheelbarrow, please bring those as well.

If you can commit to come help, please respond immediately. We are not going to order the rock unless we know we have enough helpers to do the job. Calling all muscles!!

Men's Steak Fry

We want to let you know about our upcoming Men's Steak Fry on Monday, May 10 at 5:30 p.m. here at Rez Life Church in Eden Prairie. Our guest speaker will be Mark Mullaney, a former professional football defensive end in the NFL. Mark was selected by the Vikings in the first round of the 1975 NFL Draft. He played in 12 NFL seasons for the Vikings and is 9th on the all time sack list. Please bring friends and family to hear Mark's incredible testimony about his relationship with the Lord.

Cost is $ 12.00 per person for a smokin' hot steak dinner with all the trimmings. Make your reservations soon as we know this event will fill up fast!

Child Care Update for Voices of the Resurrection

We have now organized CHILD CARE to be provided for parents attending the performances of "Voices of the Resurrection" this weekend at Rez Life Church. There will be Easter themed Children's Ministry during the play for ages 12 and under, as the play's content is not for children under the age of 13. Parent discretion is advised due to graphic images of the crucifixion and other content not suitable for children.

Pre-Conference Prayer Reminder:

A reminder that PRAYER will start Monday, March 29, 2010 at Resurrection Life Church at 7 pm in the Kids Church Room.

Plan "A" is to have you PRESENT for PRAYER on Monday night. However, I know not everyone can be there.

Here is the PLAN:

Session 1 - FALL SEASON - this is the time when when we're going to rake up the old, dead and dying stuff that is hanging around. This is going to be work, so plan to work in the spirit.

Session 2 - WINTER SEASON - this is when we ask God to do the prep work. It's where we're asking God to go down deep, prepare our hearts and do the background work so we will be ready for growth in the SPRING SEASON

Session 3 - SPRING SEASON - this is where we will ask God to continue to prepare the people - all the people, whether they are ministers, participants or workers. This is when we begin to speak forth the fruit we want to see come to bear; this is where we'll be planting for the future harvest. We'll be declaring what we expect to see!

Session 4 - SUMMER SEASON - this is where we focus on watering, growth and bearing fruit. We will be going further with our declarations in FAITH for the HARVEST - in our lives and the lives of all being touched by the Women's Conference. Remember, this goes far beyond the people who are physically present at the conference. The power of our pre-conference intercession will impact the women, their families, their co-workers and could ultimately impact the world.

Session 5 - PRAISE FOR THE HARVEST - this night is going to be dedicated in FAITH with PRAISE for what God is doing and will continue to do throughout the conference. WE are DECLARING THE DONE DEAL! When a farmer goes to harvest, he goes expecting results, expecting crops, expecting profit. He goes into the field equipped to reap.

SO YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS ANYTHING! Here's how you can participate:

Youth Fundraiser Meal THIS SUNDAY!

AWANA Grand Prix Race!!!

Tonight is a special annual event with our AWANA program: The GRAND PRIX Races!!! Everyone is invited to come and support the kids as they race for the gold with their super fast cars! The church will be turned into a speedway and decorated with checkered flags and other race decor.

Before the races start at 7:00 p.m. we will be serving a FREE dinner from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Please join us tonight, enjoy a free supper, and support the kids as they race to the finish line.

HEALING ENCOUNTER

RezLife Ladies Event: How to Talk Minnesotan!

We are putting together a "ladies outing" on Saturday, April 10th. We will be attending the 3:00 p.m. production of "How to Talk Minnesotan -- The Musical" at the Plymouth Playhouse. Cost is $ 30 per person for the show.

For those who want to have lunch together, we will be eating at the Green Mill (next door to the Plymouth Playhouse) prior to showtime. Each lady is responsible to pay for her own lunch at the Green Mill.

If you would like to join us, there are still seats available in our group reservation for the play. Ticket payments must be made to Sandy Eastling NO LATER THAN THIS SUNDAY, March 21 as final numbers are due next week. You may call the church office and pay for your ticket by credit card or give your payment to Sandy by this Sunday.

Maybe You Could Help???

As some of you may know, Aimee Kyambadde (Pastor Sharon & Bill's daughter) is around 25-26 weeks pregnant at the moment. As of last week she has been put of full bed rest for the duration of her pregnancy. With Aimee's husband David in Uganda starting up their new church and Pastor Sharon's wild and crazy schedule, there are some areas of HELP that we have identified. Aimee (and Azariah) are now staying full time with Pastors Sharon and Bill in their home in order to make things run as smoothly as possible.

In talking to Aimee on the phone today, she mentioned these areas where she needs assistance.....

1. Meals: Is there anyone who would like to prepare a meal for three adults and one child? Meals could be brought directly to the Predovich home in Eden Prairie or dropped off at the church any time the church is open.

2. Meals: Maybe you would like to bring over breakfast or lunch and sit and eat with Aimee -- spend an hour or so eating and chatting together?

3. Visits: just come over and spend time chatting with Aimee -- make a "friendship visit" -- At the end of this year (December or January) Aimee's plan is to move back to Uganda permanently. This "bed rest season" would be a wonderful time to just come and catch up with her and keep her company before she's moved overseas.

4. Put Aimee on your prayer list: Aimee is believing for the healing of her cervix and for a full term delivery of this baby -- or to make at least 36 weeks. Prayer would be a HUGE blessing to her at this time.

5. Help around the house: cleaning, doing laundry, running errands, etc. If you could give two or three hours in any of these areas it would really help the whole family out at this time!

If you are able to assist with any of the above things, please call Aimee on her cell phone at 952-426-2736. You can talk to her directly about specifics of her current needs and her schedule. Please DO NOT EMAIL her to communicate, as using the computer is almost impossible now. She needs to stay in that "lounging position" in bed full time! : )

Aimee is working on setting her "helper schedule" through the month of March at this time. The sooner you can contact her, the better. She has some immediate needs, specifically in the next two weeks.

If you are not available in March, please call anyway to set up other dates in April or May.

Thanks ahead of time for any "acts of kindness" you can bring Aimee's way in the next several weeks!

Israel Trip Report # 4

The team in Israel reported this on Saturday...

Greetings to Rez Life friends and family,

Today (Saturday) was cold and raining again.....most likely getting us acclimated to what we are returning to back home, right? The rain continues to be a blessing for our friends here in Israel so we haven't minded too much.

This morning we visited another possible place of Golgotha or Skull where Jesus may have been crucified. The rock really does look like a skull. We then entered the Garden Tomb. This is believedby many to be the true place where Jesus was buried. We were able to enter the tomb itself. The experience was so Spirit-stirring. We listened as many groups of many nationalities praised and worshiped God in this place. We received communion here and thanked the Lord for His sacrifice and that the tomb is empty. Our hearts were filled to overflowing with His presence.

Next we visited the church on the sight believed to be where the house of Mary's parents once stood. The acoustics in this church are considered by some to be the best in the world. Christine shared a song acapella. It was truly amazing. This was near the place where the pool of Bethesda stood in Jesus' day.

We continued on to the Upper Room. Pastor Joseph shared Scripture and Pastor Becky prayed. We imagined how it must have been for Jesus to gather with His friends the Disciples for the Last Supper. This is also the place where the Disciples received the baptism in the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost.

We stopped by the Tomb of King David located on Mount Zion. Our last stop of the day, and sadly of the entire tour, was to the Israel Museum. This is where the Dead Sea Scrolls are on display along with many other artifacts found at Qumran. Our tour guide Ronin wrapped up our tour in front of a huge model (one 50th the size) of the city of Old Jerusalem. He pointed out the various gates of the city, the Temple mount, Mt. Zion, and Herod's palace. It truly was a great review of all we had seen and learned about the past several days.

Returning to the hotel, it was time to say good bye to our new friends Ronin, our tour guide, and Saher, our fabulous bus driver. It is only now beginning to seem like it is time for the this wonderful trip to end. Tonight we will enjoy a special meal together. We have made many new friends and deepened the relationships we already had. We feel so blessed and privileged to have been able to receive all these incredible experiences. We look forward to returning to Israel some day and hopefully bringing you with us!

Israel Trip Report # 3

We just received a third report from the Israel team this morning. Please read what they have to say below.

They write . . . . . .

Shalom from Israel,

We have been on the move! We began our day Thursday) at the Garden of Gethsemane, visited the church there, and then retreated to a beautiful gated garden area just across the street. It was there we had a time of devotion, worship and personal prayer. It was a place filled with amazing peace.

We then traveled on to the Mount of Olives, looking towards the Eastern Gate -- or the Golden Gate of Old Jerusalem. In Scripture this is the place where Jesus is to return. Our group got so excited to see this spot! PTL Before we got back on the bus, David decided to take a camel ride.

We then continued to the Old City of Jerusalem and first saw the Temple Mount where King Herod's Temple stood during Jesus' time. The Dome of the Rock is standing there today. We were privileged to tour the underground excavations along the west wall of the temple mount. They are discovering new things there every day. We saw an area believed to be where Jesus was tried before Pilot and beaten before being led away to die.

Next we followed the path Jesus took down the Via Dolorosa (Way of Sorrow). It was crowded and noisy, full of shops and people. We experienced a little bit of what it must have been like for our Lord that day. We then arrived at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, located in where it is believed Christ was crucified. This was very emotional for everyone. With all we saw and experienced, this was an incredibly moving and meaningful day for each of us.

Today (Friday) we toured the Holocaust Museum. Words can not describe all the things we saw there. Most certainly, we must never forgot what happened. It rained today, the first time during our trip. Our friends here have been believing for rain, so we are happy for them. :-) We enjoyed a relaxing lunch and gift shop exploration to finish our day off.

Israel Trip Report # 2

We have just received another update from the team in Israel. I think they have been so busy that they have had little "computer" time lately!

Pastor Sharon writes........

Greetings to my friends of Rez Life and beyond,

After being baptized in the Jordan River two days ago (I can't even tell you what day it is here, lol) we arrived at the Dead Sea late in the afternoon. There we had time for swimming (floating) in the water or a pampered massage with mud if you dared. It was FABULOUS!

Yesterday early, before the sun and the other tour buses caught up with us, we were off to Masada in the desert by the Dead Sea. Our tour guide is marvelous and takes such good care of us. He knows the little secrets that make everything extra special for us. PTL Masada was so fascinating, with the Herodian and Roman architecture....and great exercise too.

Our next stop was Jerusalem, the Holy City. As we entered we played the song "Jerusalem, Jerusalem, lift up your gates and sing!" We were all weeping. We had planned and looked forward to this moment for so long. It was deeply moving.

Then it was off to Bethlehem, the City of David, and the birthplace of our Lord. We were so privileged to be able to enter the city. We were taken to a very special store run by Christian Arabs and were excited to support them. I gave the team a pastoral directive "to shop" and they willingly obeyed! : ) We had a delicious lunch. I am not always sure WHAT I am eating, but I know that it is all wonderful.

We visited the Church of the Nativity, the one you see on TV every Christmas. It is very ornate. We had to enter through a small door, bend low -- the eye of the needle, very moving. We saw the spot believed to be the place where Jesus was born. It was an incredible moment for us. We felt the presence of the Spirit at that place.

We then went to the shepherds' hill and had a beautiful worship service there, supposedly where the angels brought the Good News to the shepherds, the common people. We visited a cave which is similar to the style in which Jesus would have been born.

Today we see the Old City, the West Wall, the garden tomb and the tunnels.

We are all being so blessed, making new friends and being touched by our Lord. We miss you all so very much. We wish you were standing here right next to us, soaking up each precious moment and experience.

Rez Life Israel Trip Report # 1

Many of you know that Pastor Sharon and Pastor Bill are currently in Israel with a group touring the land and ministering. Below is the first trip report we just received from Pastor Sharon.

Pastor Sharon writes . . .

We arrived in Tel Aviv on Friday at 4:30pm and went to our hotel that was over looking the Mediterranean Sea. The team went out after dinner, walked along the sea, and enjoyed watching local families celebrating Shabbat (the Sabbath) with their children in the park.

On Saturday we went to the city of Jaffa to look at Simon the Tanner's home and walk around the artist area. Mount Carmel was our next stop where Elijah challenged the prophets of Baal. We had a short church service in the chapel there where we worshiped and read Scriptures. We enjoyed a wonderful time of prophetic release.

In the afternoon we were in Ceasera looking at the aqueducts and the palace of Herod where Pontius Pilot once resided. Pastor Avi Mizarachi and his wife Kchaya came to our hotel later that evening. They shared with our group about their lives as Messianic Jews. Their hearts for Israel and the Jews really touched us.

On Sunday we found our first "coffee shop." Our guide called it "coffee in and coffee out" . . . it was not a Starbucks. : ) At the Sea of Galilee we visited a museum where we saw an ancient boat dating back to the time of Christ. We heard a phenomenal story about how it was excavated from the ground and the water. Some of our group went shopping and picked out some prayer shawls, olive oil, jewelry and other items.

Next we boarded a boat and went out to the middle of the Sea of Galilee where we worshiped the Lord. For those that were with me in the past, you will remember Daniel, the captain of the boat. He is a Messianic Jew who sings Christian music in Hebrew. He has a new CD out which we picked up.

Next we headed to lunch and of course dined on Tilapia fish, celebrating the time that Peter found the coin in the fish's mouth. One member of the team enjoyed eating the fish eyeballs. Needless to say, we were happy to share. (Nola's note: and we KNOW it was NOT P Sharon who enjoyed those eyeballs!)

This Sunday our youth will be serving another fundraiser meal for their summer trip to Discovery Youth Camp. These kids are really putting in the effort to raise funds for their youth camp experience so we encourage all of you to take part in their delicious, family-friendly meal after service this Sunday morning!

They will be serving:

Your choice of Homemade Lasagna: Tasty Traditional or Chicken with White Cream Sauce

Salad, Garlic Toast and Beverage.

Requested Donation of $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for children please.

So after you are "spiritually fed" in worship and the Word in the sanctuary, come upstairs to the fellowship hall and feed your physical man a yummy Italian feast! Enjoy your week and we'll see you on Sunday morning!

According to our records, you have not yet paid for your reservation. All payments must be made no later than THIS SUNDAY.
No payments will be received at the event and Rez Life must make final payment to the venue early next week.

We are required to have a final paid attendee list submitted to Bearpath for entrance that night at the gate.

ANNIVERSARY BALL -- DEADLINE!!!

Dear Friends and Family of Resurrection Life Church,

As many of you know this year Resurrection Life Church is celebrating 20 YEARS OF MINISTRY as a church body. Each month we are holding a special event to celebrate and give glory to God for His blessing on the ministries of Resurrection Life.

Our February event is coming up soon..... the ANNIVERSARY BALL -- on Saturday, February 13 starting at 6:30 p.m. at Bear Path Country Club in Eden Prairie. This will be a lovely evening including a banquet meal, entertainment, and dancing for those so inclined.

Because Bear Path is a gated neighborhood, only those with paid reservations and their names on the paid guest list will be admitted by the Bear Path gatekeeper.

THIS SUNDAY IS THE LAST DAY for reservation payments. You may call the church office this week to make payment by credit card, drop your payment off during office hours at the church this week, pay on Wednesday evening at the service, or pay this coming Sunday morning after service. Checks can be post-dated for February 13 if necessary, but must be handed in by this Sunday. No payments will be collected the night of the event.

If your name is on the list and you are not planning to come, please contact Donna Clark immediately so that your space can be freed up for someone else to attend. We also have a few spots open if you would like to join us!

Reverend Helen Velonis passed away December 5, 2009 in Palm Springs, California. Because no funeral service was held in Minnesota, we would like to gather together to honor this wonderful woman of God who served her precious Jesus with great devotion. Please join us as we remember in love this beautiful servant of the Lord! We will have a Memorial Celebration Service on Monday, February 8th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Resurrection Life Church.

All memorials will be passed on to orphanages that Pastor Helen supported in Haiti, the Philippines, Africa and Jamaica.

Reverend Helen Velonis, an anointed woman of God, was born in Greece. During the war she sustained many hardships, including the death and separation of her family. She and her sister found their way to America and in desperation to survive, turned to the streets for a living. In 1972 Helen had an incredible conversion and shortly thereafter was called into fulltime, worldwide ministry. With her ministry based in Lyle, Minnesota, Helen traveled wherever the Lord would lead, especially in the five-state area. Helen was especially known for her prophetic giftings and her intense personal relationship with her Jesus. She was a faithful, humble, and obedient vessel in the hands of her Lord here on earth. Well done Helen, good and faithful servant!

Anniversary Ball February 13th

As most of you know Resurrection Life Church is celebrating 20 years of ministry this year. We are going to have a special event each month as part of the 20 year celebration. On Saturday, February 13 we are planning an "Anniversary Ball" -- dinner, dancing, and a program to be held at the beautiful Bear Path Country Club in Eden Prairie. This will be a formal affair and a wonderful way to celebrate both the ministry anniversary AND Valentine's Day.

In order to book the event, we must have 100 attendees committed to attending. The cost will be $ 37.50 per person and is open to singles and couples. Donna Clark is heading up the registration process and is looking for those who desire to attend. Please contact Donna immediately if you are interested or have further questions. Meals for Moms Ministry at Rez Life Church

We are starting a new ministry at church called Meals for Moms and Kristen Predovich will be leading this endeavor. Please read the following note from Kristen about this ministry for further information.

Kristen writes:

I am really excited about Meals for Moms which provides dinners for women and their families for two weeks after they have a baby. The church we attended in Seattle did this for us when we had Lukas and it was so wonderful to not have to think about what to make for dinner or having to run to the grocery store!

We are currently providing meals for the Shuster family. We have another woman who is due this Saturday that I need to get meals scheduled for! I am sending this email to everyone so that you all have an opportunity to be involved as often as you feel called.

Meals for Moms works this way: I speak to the mom-to-be and find out if she has anyone in mind that she would like to bring her meals. If so, I will contact those people and ask if they are able to bring a meal for the entire family. I would like to also have a list of people who will be "alternates" that I can call on if I am unable to fill all of the meals. We will provide meals either Monday through Friday or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two weeks. We ask that all meals are brought in disposable dishes so that there is no worrying about washing the dishes and getting them back to the right person.

Meals should include an entree, salad, and dessert that you deliver to the home of the new Mom. You can say hello to the new baby and congratulate the Mom at that time. That's it! You will bless each family you cook for so much by this small act ... I can tell you from personal experience!

As I mentioned above, we have a mom-to-be who is due THIS SATURDAY! Alison Dunser is due with her first baby, Jayden, on January 16th. If she doesn't have the baby by that day her doctor is planning on inducing her sometime next week. So meals would either start Monday the 18th or the next Monday the 25th. She is requesting meals on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday both weeks so I need 6 volunteers to cover all of the meals. She lives in Mound, about a half hour from the church, and the meals would be delivered between 5 and 6 PM on your scheduled day. If you are interested in blessing Alison and her family, please email me back ASAP with the day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and week one or week two. Once I know she has had the baby, I will email everyone with their exact date.

Also, if you would be willing to be on my "alternate" list, please let me know. If I need to use an alternate, I will go down the list so you won't be asked each and every time someone has a baby!

Finally, thank you so much for being a part of this ministry. The families you bring meals to will be blessed, but I know that you will also be blessed for reaching out and loving these families.

20th Anniversary Banquet

Just a quick reminder note that this Sunday, December 27 is the FINAL DAY to purchase tickets for the upcoming Anniversary Banquet in January. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL no later than THIS SUNDAY. We are required to turn in our final count to the caterer at the Landscape Arboretum next Monday and also make final payment to them at that time. Thanks for taking care of this promptly!

We know that this Christmas there has been unusual financial pressure on many families, but thanks be to God Who gives "seed to the sower and bread to the eater." (II Corinthians 9: 10) Standing upon that Scripture, we at Rez Life would like to again assist Vern Norton Ministries -- Love In Action -- by helping them collect children's winter hats and gloves and toys for boys and girls, ages one through fifteen.

If anyone at Resurrection Life Church would like to participate, please bring your donations to Rez Life Wednesday, December 16 or Sunday, December 20. Also, we are excited to report that the Interns of Resurrection Life Church, have contributed enough offering to provide Bibles for two platoons of American soldiers serving overseas. These are young people, 13 through 18 years old, with very limited resources. They also volunteer their time each month, in various ministries throughout our church family. Rev. Helen Velonis Goes Home to be with her Lord

A pioneer of the kingdom of God here in the Midwest, and in Minnesota in particular, has gone home to be with her Lord. Rev. Helen Velonis passed away in the evening on Saturday, December 5 in Palm Springs, California. There will be a small funeral only in California.

Sister Helen was a prophet who traveled all over the world and was home-based in Lyle, Minnesota for many years. Her unique style of ministry and her precious, precious love of her Jesus will be remembered by all of us who were touched by her life.

If you would like to honor Pastor Helen's life of ministry with a donation, please send those donations to Resurrection Life Church and all funds will be given towards missions.

Finally, please pray for Helen's remaining family members as they work through the loss of their loved one.

Final report - # 7 From the Philippines

Dear Friends,

We are in the Manila airport, waiting to board our plane for our return flights to the States. Let me catch you up the the past two days, as I have not had Internet availability. On Sunday each of us ministered in different churches for the Sunday morning services. Maddaline went to the Good News Candelaria Church and had a Holy Ghost time in God there! I ministered in the Good News Pagbilao church. They had WONDERFUL worship and it was easy to share the message on True Worshippers of the End Times with them. P Sharon ministered in Good News Lucena City and was the guest speaker for their Bible College graduation service.

We all then met at a restaurant in Lucena City for the Bible School graduation luncheon. It was a lovely event and all the students were so blessed. We were able to re-connect with many of the Good News congregation that we had not yet seen throughout the week. Jane's son and his family came back to Lucena just to see us for those few hours on Sunday. They work with the Good News Christian School and were at an academic tournament with many of their students. It was so fun to see Iann and his family as well as Jane's daughter Beng Beng and her three girls.

We loaded all our luggage in the car and five of us and all our suitcases then headed to Manila. It was a long ride due to heavy traffic -- a full four hours of stop and go, full speed, no speed, but we finally checked in to the hotel in Manila about 7:00 p.m. We had a bite to eat there at the hotel and then went to bed.....tried from a full day of ministry and travel.

Monday we spent time packing and getting our travel arrangements re-confirmed for our flights back on Tuesday. Then we spent a few hours at the shopping mall. Maddaline had a great time bartering and taking photos of all the sights at the mall.

It was a short night of sleep as we had our wake up call at 3:00 a.m. this morning, and departed to the airport to arrive here about 5:45 a.m. We are now in the Internet lounge here in the Manila airport and I am writing this final installment to our travel journal.

We want to thank all of you for your prayers, financial support, and encouragement. This was a VERY successful trip and MANY LIVES were encouraged and blessed. We heard over and over and over and over.....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR COMING!

Report # 6 Lucena City, Philippines

Another FULL day of ministry on Saturday -- Maddaline and I went to a town about an hour from Lucena City called Altimonan. It is the home town of the main pastor of the Good News Church here in Lucena and a town where Good News has one of their outreach works. Jane had organized that Maddaline and I would go there to do a seminar for about 75 people. We had an INCREDIBLE meeting. Their praise and worship was anointed and so easy to then teach and preach. Maddaline spoke first out of Joshua -- Strategies for Dominion and Victory. I followed with Five Characteristics of End-Time Worshippers. We each had planned our messages independently but they fit hand and glove.

Maddaline taught first and then they stood for a short time of worship. I followed right out of the worship and it really flowed well. We ministered a total of three hours and I was wringing wet from sweat. They had some fans but no air conditioning of course. ALL my clothing was soaked and stuck to my skin, my hair along my neckline was dripping. But the ministry was incredible to the people. God said he was bringing a refreshing and an enhancement to them.....that they were moving on the right path, but He was encouraging them and enlarging their kingdom work. You would have thought Maddaline and I had planned and outlined how we would work together from the way everything intertwined and united. THAT was the work of the Holy Spirit!

That meeting in Altimonan was truly God's plan. This was the first time Jane had assigned me to do something like that. Usually I am always with P Sharon, but Jane sent Maddaline and I to Altimonan yesterday with a specific assignment. The Pastor there is named Anna, and before I knew I was going to HER church, the Lord had brought her face to my remembrance and I was looking for her all week long -- wondering how things were with her and how her church was doing. Little did I know we were going to her church to minister! See -- another reason why I LOVE the Holy Spirit!

Then Pastor Andy (Jane's home church pastor) took us on a little tour of his home town and introduced us to some of his family members that live and have businesses in that town. This town is on a bay of the Pacific Ocean so we were able to stand along the water there and look out over the ocean. There is an island about an hour's boat ride away that we could see. The Good News church has just started another work over on that island. Jane and her people are church planters, always looking for places to expand the kingdom of God in their nation.

Pastor Sharon had a "rest" day more or less. She worked in the hotel room on various things and then spent the afternoon with Jane and Jane's daughter...a fairly long counseling session. This really has been a trip of assignment. We have come to help and assist in counseling and encouragement in so many ways for so many people.

We had dinner at the home of some Chinese business people that Jane knows. They have a very large home that is attached to their business warehouse and distribution center. They have heard the Gospel and "in a way" accepted Jesus, but they are still walking a mixed life of faith with their former Chinese beliefs. But they were soooo open and just kept asking questions about how our beliefs applied to our daily life, business, etc. After dinner, Pastor Sharon pulled out her "drawing" message that she uses at times to explain the whole Gospel story. She tells the plan of salvation starting in Genesis through the cross by drawing things on a piece of paper. They watched and listened with intensity, asking questions along the way. At the end, they said the sinner's prayer and Jane agreed to find them a way to get some Bible training and more instruction.

Again, it was a long day and we were to put our heads on our hard pillows (hahahaha) for the last time here at this hotel in Lucena. Sunday morning we are all three speaking at different churches. We'll report on that later!!

Report # 5 from Lucena City

Greetings - Saturday morning in Lucena City --

The report from Friday is a good report. P Sharon met with five supervisors of Jane's ministry and her corporate board. They each shared with her all of the issues they have in their provinces and the numbers of people they oversee. As they each told their story, P Sharon was wishing she was a millionaire. They all have at least 5-10 churches under them, and each of those churches have 5-10 churches under them. All of the have feeding programs due to the typhoons and weather conditions, people are short on food and are just barely surviving. Needless to say, P Sharon gave away all the money she had on her at that moment...and wished she had more. She gave them $50 each which will only feed each of families for just a month.

Some of these pastors have lost their homes, some needed bamboo to lift their beds out of the water so they could sleep. The bamboo stilts costs about $50 to fix the beds, but many of these only earn $20 a month in income. Some Korean churches have come in to help and assist with these needs.

The Bible School director shared about how they are training young people to raise up churches. It costs about $ 1,000 a year to sponsor all the needs of each student in their school -- food, room, supplies, etc. The number of students they can take in all depends on how much money they have to sponsor them.

After a nice lunch that Jane and her ladies prepared, P Sharon met with Levi, Jane's husband who has been estranged from her for over ten years. He poured out his heart and unloaded a lot of pain to P Sharon. He is ashamed of his behavior and has had a difficult time overcoming what he has done. After that discussion Jane came in and P Sharon helped them mediate issues they have been facing. They haven't talked or communicated in that ten year time due to all the painful things they have been going through. Levi has been suffering severe depression. They ended with tears, prayer, and a commitment to friendship and counseling. They would like to put their ministry under Rez Life Ministries and have our church stand with them.

Then P Sharon came back to the hotel and picked up Maddaline and me to go to dinner at the banker's restaurant again. It was a lovely meal and after we ate, we joined the "dinner music" entertainers -- who insisted we sing a few Karaoke songs with them!!! Yes, that's right, we are now dinner entertainers. Maddaline sang a worship chorus acapella and then I looked through the song book and picked a Roberta Flack song and a Beatles song. We got lots of cheers and applause. It was a FIT!

It was a long day -- P Sharon was up at 4 a.m. and we went to bed just about midnight.....yes, a long day.

Today P Sharon will be meeting with Jane and Jane's daughter and then resting. Maddaline and I are going to do a morning seminar in one of Jane's churches about 30 minutes from Lucena. We come back later this afternoon and then we all go to some Chinese friends of Jane's for dinner.

During the day yesterday, there was a wedding here at the hotel. This place was jumping and busy all day long. It was fun to see some of their traditions and ways they dress, etc. for the celebration. Lots of noise all night long but we all had no problem sleeping!

Report # 4 from Lucena City

Greetings this morning from Lucena City!

Yesterday was another full day of activity. P Sharon ministered to all the pastors and leaders of Good News Fellowship -- Jane's home church.There were about 100 there and she ministered two really strong messages--- Do Not Listen to an Evil Report was the first message and the second was The Root of Bitterness -- both strong messages that the Holy Spirit spoke through. We concluded with communion and individual prayer. It was powerful, VERY powerful. Now we pray the Holy Spirit continues to move in their hearts.

We had lunch with them and then P Sharon concluded with a message about a Passion for the Fire of God. It was a blessed day, but very hot by the time we returned to the hotel -- the church doesn't have a/c so you know it was sweaty and sticky. We know you all are depressed about the very cool fall you are having, but we are having a very HOT extension of our summer.

We just stayed in the hotel last night and rested. P Sharon has a HUGE day today so please be praying for her -- for the wisdom of the Lord. She will be meeting with Jane's Board first, then with Jane's husband, and then with Jane and her husband together. Please pray for direction of God in all that is said and done.

Sitting in the Philippines ministering abroad.

Got back to my room and heard I had a call,

Greetings From Lucena City this hot, sticky THursday morning!!

It is Thursday morning here in Lucena. Yesterday we finished our second day of the conference and ended up with about 210 attendees. P Sharon taught on a Passion for Leadership in the morning session. I taught the first session in the afternoon on Passion for Serviing ( a teaching of the armorbearer) and then P Sharon concluded the day with Passion for Miracles. We had a rally strong time of ministry at the end of the day and the presence of the Lord was so powerful. They people are so grateful for the touch of God in their lives.

P Sharon listens to the Holy Spirit as to how to bless various people that come across our path. Yesterday she felt led to bless the Pastor of Jane's main mother church with some office furniture. You would have thought he had won the lottery!!! He and his wife were incredibly touched by the blessing. The day before, as P Sharon was reaching out to touch a pastor for prayer, the Holy Spirit told her to take an offering for him. The people responded very generously and knew that the seeds of finance they were planting into his ministry would bring great harvest both to his work and to their kingdom labor as well.

a is so fun and fulfilling to minister with spiritual understanding, knowing that God is hitting specific details and needs in the peoples' lives. As we have been flowing in the prophetic, in prophetic worship and prayer, God has been individually reaching into the lives and hearts of the people and truly healing and delivering them. It has been a deep, strong move of the holy spirit here so far. Thank you for your prayer support and continued financial support. We are seeing God do some incredible things here. Today is a day of ministry just to all the pastors and leaders of Jane's ministry. Please pray for wisdom and understanding, and a strong sharp anointing to speak to the issues they are dealing with in her organization. We really need the mind of God in the things that must be addressed in the next couple days.

It's hot here too. Have I mentioned that? I know, not fair to say that when you are having a very cool fall -- or has it just plain turned to winter there now??? hahahahaha Anyway, today is a ministry day with no air conditioning, so P Sharon needs some special grace on her. You know how she is about the heat! : )

Pastor Maddaline Norfleet also met up with us last night about 5 p.m. She will now be with us for the rest of the trip. She wants to get a feel for the Philippine people and what the needs are here for ministry and assistance. She's a real trooper and fits in great with the "mission life" we face. Like this morning, when we woke up we couldn't get the light to go on in the room -- the same light that she turned off at the switch when we went to bed. : ) yep, you never know if it will work or not, lots of "suddenlies" that keep things real interesting every day. This hotel we are in is called the Diamond Resort "a touch of luxury" subtitle -- yeah, a real "gem" hahahahahahaha! The term "luxury" is open to interpretation I believe.

Well, goodbye for now. I am typing this again around 7 a.m., having been up for a good two hours at least. But I FINALLY had a good full night of sleep last night -- yes, and we are about 2/3 done with the trip! oh well, there will be time to rest in my future!

Hi Everyone,

Again, forgive my mistakes in spelling, spacing, etc on this laptop. I don't really getting all the ins and outs of laptops, so sometimes I hit things I have no idea how to correct...so just bear with me! Also, my group email does not function here so please pass along our emails to those who say they aren't hearing from us! thanks!

Well, yesterday was a BIG LONG DAY. We were up at about 5 a.m., couldn't sleep any more, and were having breakfast around 6 a.m. Then we studied until about 9:30 a.m. when they picked us up for the conference. We ministered at three different sessions. P Sharon did the opening session on Renewing Our Passion. We broke for lunch and then came back and I did a session on Passion For His Presence. We had a good time of prophetic worship at the end of that with a lot of ministry. P Sharon concluded the day with a session on Passion for the Anointing. More ministry at the end, especially to all the Pastors. They were very touched and it was a wonderful day. They had just topped 200 registrants at the end of the day and more are coming in for today's meeting from other areas of the region.

In case you are wondering about the weather and typhoons, another typhoon is scheduled to hit NORTHERN Philippines this afternoon we heard. We are NOT in that area, hundreds of miles south east of the area. Almost the whole nation has been hit by the three typhoons that have come in the last month, but this area of Lucena and this province of Quezon have NOT been hit directly. In fact, we have had almost NO rain every place we have been since we hit the country. PTL

We were invited to dinner at a banker's home last night and it was REALLY nice. They were very gracious to us and it was a nice way to top off the full day of ministry. They we had a long counseling and prayer time with one of the young ladies back in our room. We It was nearly 10:30 p.m. before we were able to get ready for bed.

Then our eyes popped open again this morning at around 5 a.m. Those that know P Sharon know that she is up and down all night on these mission trips. She had already had a shower and was reading and studying when I got up at 5 a.m. I just ignore her and sleep as I am able to....hahahahaha......which hasn't been all that much. I'm sure I'll crash when I get back to the States. When you feel the needs of the people, you spend a lot of time praying and just asking God how we can help the various ones who are dealing with problems, etc. We are always thinking about the ministry times and what we are going to preach and teach as well.....so simply "sleeping" isn't always just "simple." But God is good to give us strength for each day. And I am PRAISING HIM that I AM NOT SICK on this trip! Two years ago I drug my body through the entire trip with walking pneumonia--remember? I am just fine this time and am VERY THANKFUL for that!

Pastor Maddaline Norfleet from CT has arrived in Manila now and we will be having a driver go pick her up to join us later today. She will spend the rest of the trip with us as she is interested in connecting with the Philippine people and possible ministry for her church to do here.

We have another full day of teaching sessions today to finish the Pursuing Passion Conference. Tomorrow we will do a full day of ministry to all of Jane's pastors and leaders at her mother church - Philippine Good News International. Please remember to pray for Jane and her ministry. The next several days will be those where the mind of God and His wisdom will be needed in great measure.

Greetings -- We are here in Lucena City now, and our first day of conferences is today. We have NOT adapted to the time zones yet so we fight sleepiness all afternoon and then when we finally get to bed at night only can only sleep a few hours. Up at 4:45 a.m. today!!!

To catch you up with what is happening so far.....Our flights we nice, uneventful, and long of course. It was about 26 hours of total travel time from the time we left Minneapolis until we arrived in Manila. We rested our first day in Manila and Jane came to be with us later that first day after we arrived. On Sunday morning we ministered at a churh in the Manila Marikina district, which is an area that was just recently affected by the floods. They have cleaned off main roads in that area, but there is MUCH distruction and many people were totally wiped out of house and home. Pastor Sharon preached a message on "Feed your Faith, Starve your Fear." The pastor told her after the service that most of his congregation is very fearful of another typhoon coming and of more loss and distruction. It was a God-sent message to the people!

That church was having Pastor Appreciation Day that day so there was a meal after the service and we were invited to join them. At the meal we were able to more people about the floods and the loss. One of the assistant pastors had to walk in the flood waters for over seven hours to get to where his home was to see if his family was safe. He doesn't swim and so he just held on to things along the flooded area to keep up. When he arrived at his home, the waters were up to the second floor of the home. His wife and children were on the second floor and safe, but the waters were getting very close to them as he arrived.

One horrible after problem is sickness now. The waters are full of rat urine and people who have walked in the flooded waters with cuts or open sores are becoming diseased. Those that have stood in the waters are having poison enter in all sorts of ways, and many people have already died from this. We were able to give financial aid to the pastor of the Marikena church for rice and food to be purchased for those he knows who need help. He said over 2,135 people have been relocated because they lost everything. They are still finding dead bodies in the clean up operations. It's one thing to see this on "the news" and another thing to see it first hand. It's very very sad.

We also did a hospital visit to a lady who is a very good friend of Jane's. She has been fighting kidney disease for many months, and was in the hospital in Manila getting dialysis. We spent quite a while with her, praying for God's intervention and healing to her body. As we were driving here to Lucena City yesterday, Jane got a phone call that Susan is now having fluid build up around her heart and lungs. We prayed for a long time in the car yesterday on her behalf. Pastor Sharon is asking everyone we know to start praying for this lady. She is a wonderful person and she and her husband have been very good friends to Jane. Her name is Susan Foo -- husband Dick Foo. They are Chinese believers. Susan needs a miracle in her kidneys, and other areas of her body that have been affected by the kidney problem. Thank you for standing in the gap for Susan and Dick.

Today we start our two daye conference, Pursuing Passion. Pastor Sharon will teach four sessions and I will teach two. We are expecting a minimum of 200 pastors and leaders from the region to attend. Jane has many pastors coming in from all over the region for the event. Thanks to your generous giving, we are able to offer bus fare and meals to them so that they can come. We want to thank you on their behalf for your generosity in giving to make this possible for them. You really have know idea what a blessing it is and encouragement to their ministry.

Please also pray about the typhoons. Today we hear there is one possibly hitting the very northern part of the country. That is several hundred miles from us, but the nation has really been devasted by the past two typhoons and they do not need any more destruction. Please pray that these storms cease and disipate over the ocean.

We will now try to report every day. Internet has not been easily available until we got to this hotel, which has wireless in the restaurant. That's where I am at the moment at 5:52 a.m. having breakfast and typing. I'm already dressed for the meeting with makeup on, ready for the day ... at 5:54 a.m. hahahahahaha

Washington, D.C. - On September 25th there will be a national prayer gathering of Muslims on the west front of the U.S. Capitol Building. They are expecting at least 50,000 to attend from mosques all across America . They will gather to pray from 4:00 AM until 7:00 PM. The gathering will take place by the site where U.S. Presidents have been inaugurated since 1981. The organizers say that it was President Obama's inauguration speech in January and his speech broadcast from Egypt in June that gave them the idea for this prayer gathering on Capitol Hill.

They have a website set up for this event. If you never look at another website look at this one. We have checked out this web site and it appears to be a true site. Snopes also says that this event is slated to occur.

Garage Sale Fundraiser at Rez Life next week!!

Pastor Sharon Predovich and Nola Beintema are planning a quick ministry trip to the Philippines in October. They are in the "fundraising mode" and have held two garage sales so far and will be holding a third sale at Rez Life Church this coming week September 10-11-12 -- Thursday (9-5), Friday (9-5), and Saturday (9-2) at the church.

They are looking for donated items to sell that are clean and in great condition. If you have any of the following items that you could donate to the sale, please bring them to Rez Life Church no later than Tuesday, September 8 and put the items by the pop machine in the fellowship hall.

Just a quick reminder that the annual Rez Life All-Church Picnic is THIS Sunday, July 12. It is always a wonderful afternoon of FUN and fellowship so please plan on attending. The picnic will take place at the pavilion at Lake Riley, starting just after church finishes on Sunday -- about 12:30 p.m. or so. MEN'S FALL RETREAT -- Rez Life Annual Event!

Dear Men,
Even though we are just getting started with summer activities, we need to begin the registration process for our annual Men's Fall Retreat at Ruttgers Bay Lake Lodge. The retreat is scheduled for September 11-13. Bay Lake Lodge needs to have a head count of how many are coming no later than July 1. Please return an email to nola@rezlife.org or contact the church at 952-934-5433 to reserve a spot for the retreat. The cost will be $160 and that amount can be made in payments. The fee covers five meals, two night's lodging and golf on the Alec's nine. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Usher Team Meeting NEXT week!

There will be an important meeting for people currently serving on the Rez Life Usher Team PLUS any one else who is interested in becoming a part of the Rez Life Usher Team. This meeting will take place Thursday, June 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Predovich's home in Eden Prairie -- 11412 Mt. Curve Road. Here in Minnesota these days of wonderful warm weather seem to pass too quickly, so it's a great idea to spend as much time as possible outdoors.....right? We have an awesome opportunity for you to do just that --- spend time in the Minnesota sunshine AND help raise funds for missions! Such a deal!

Pstors Bill and Sharon Predovich are inviting all friends and family of Rez Life Church to come to an Open House in honor of Geofrey Kalanzi who has just graduated from Dakota County Community College. The Open House will be held this Sunday, May 31 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Predovich home in Eden Prairie -- 11412 Mt. Curve Road.

Please come to congratulate Geofrey on his educational successes and wish him well as he goes to Duluth in the fall to complete his college degree.

Geofrey and his brother Moses will be returning to Uganda for the month of June to renew their student travel visas and to visit their siblings.

Women's Conference THIS WEEK at RezLife

Just a quick reminder to all the ladies that this week is our annual Women's Conference at Resurrection Life Church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. We currently have a little over 150 women registered and of course, last week registrants and walk-in attendees should push our numbers right up to 200. So far we have ladies from five states attending plus some international guests. It is going to be a great conference as we "Pursue Passion" for the Lord!

Details include:

Conference Registration Fee: $ 35.00 -- covers attendance all three days, three sessions per day

Session dates and times:

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.

Special Women Ministers' Luncheon: noon on Saturday, April 25 -- Cost is $ 20.00 for the luncheon

ATTENTION MEN: All men are invited to attend the concluding session on Saturday, April 25 at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Helen Trowbridge will be ministering at that concluding session.

You can call the church office at 952-934-5433 to register before the conference or register as a walk-in after the conference starts.

Spring Cleaning

Attention all men and women who want to do some "Spring Cleaning" -- this Saturday, April 18 we will be holding our annual spring clean-up day at Rez Life Church. It's been a long winter and we now need to get our building and our grounds spruced up for the warm weather that is ahead of us! Also, we want our building to look especially nice for all our guests that will be coming for the annual women's conference the next weekend.

The Clean Up Day will be THIS Saturday, April 18 from 9:00 a.m until 3:00 p.m. You may come for all those hours or just a couple hours, depending on your Saturday plans. We just need your help, so any time you can donate would be greatly appreciated.

Please bring yard tools such as rakes, etc, and any cleaning supplies you can spare. Other than that, just bring your willing heart and some "elbow grease" to help get the job done!

Spring Cleaning?

We are offering a wonderful Easter event taking place at Resurrection Life Church on Good Friday evening, April 10 starting at 7:00 p.m.

This original multi-media musical Reader's Theater explores the questions: Are you prepared for what matters most in life? Are you prepared for what lies ahead?

"Prepare Ye..." is based on Luke 3: 4. This presentation will help viewers experience the ministry, death, and resurrection of Jesus, brought to life from the pages of Luke and into the lives of modern day people like us.

This Easter let's invite our friends, family, co-workers and all those who need to hear what matters most for their lives....for truly, what else is there?!

Worship Seminar This Saturday at Rez Life!

Just a quick reminded that the worship department of Resurrection Life Church is hosting a one day seminar this Saturday, March 14 from 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The seminar is titled "A Passion For His Presence" and will include four teaching sessions, several times of praise and worship, ministry, prayer.....and lunch!

Teachers include: Dr. Sharon Predovich, Pastor Paul Mutebi, Rev. Dee Tanner, and Rev. Nola Beintema. Everyone is invited to attend! This seminar is for those on worship teams and also for the congregational worshipper. We are all called to worship the Lord!

Cost is simply a free will offering taken for the lunch. If you are planning to attend, it would be very helpful to those preparing the lunch if you would call the church office before noon on Friday at 952-934-5433. Thank you and we hope to see you at the seminar.

UGANDA UPDATE!

Many of you have been asking for updates about Aimee and David Kyambadde's current trip to Uganda to prepare for the movie premier of "Abanunule" - written and produced by our own Alex Fournier. We talked to Aimee this morning via emails and she sent the following report to be passed on to all of you. Please feel free to shout "Praise the Lord" and "God is Good" at any time you are reading the following! : )

THE MOVIE
The premiere is set for next Thursday, March 12 at 5:30 pm. It will be red carpet style at a movie theater here in Kampala. We have invited several well known and popular entertainers, newspapers, tv stations, and other special guests (ie. pastors, business persons, government officials, family and friends). We expect a great night. The Home Again boys are doing well. Ten are at school and fifteen are at home looking for work and believing God to provide for vocational programs for them to have a better chance at good employment. Two have been offered a possibility of going to Kenya to work for Pandora Jurisoo's brother in shipping and clearing. We are talking and praying about who will get that opportunity when Brett, Pandora's brother, reaches Kenya this month.

One of the TV stations here is funding most of the premiere project through free airtime and adverts. They have helped us get discounts on everything and are really a tremendous blessing. They have seen the potential for good production of movies. One thing the CEO of NBS (the station helping with everything) said is that he sees some of the boys have REAL acting talents. The whole country will have a chance to watch the movie with us as we view in the theater. Thank you to EVERYONE who gave, prayed, and has supported Home Again, us, Alex and Diana and the movie! What a great blessing!

OUR HOUSE
We have all the main walls complete, only the guest room is remaining to wall in - then the roofing. Can't send pictures right now because I can't get them from my camera to the computer. Don't have the cables and the network is soooo slow. I will send them as soon as I can or when I get home to Minnesota later this month. We need $3,000 for the remaining walls of the guest room and $6,000 to roof. After that we can continue with doors, windows, electricity and plumbing at a slower pace if needed or in the near future. Our plan at the moment is to sell our car to help us get as far as we can with the last walls and roof.

Please pray with us that the car sells quickly and for the best possible price. OR if that's not God's plan that we have wisdom and favor for the next steps. If anyone would like to give toward the building of the house, we would certainly appreciate it. We know that so many people have already given toward the movie and that many are struggling financially. Please seek the Lord and do accordingly. As I mentioned in an earlier email, finishing the home will free us from rent and allow us to return to Uganda to continue ministry here. Plus we will have a room for you to enjoy when you visit!

Thank you so much to all who have helped, prayed, and sown seeds. We sincerely appreciate everything! God is doing great things! I will fill you in on more next time I write. Be blessed and thank you again! We love you and pray that God increases you in every good thing!

Greetings to all the MEN FRIENDS of Resurrection Life Church!

This is just a quick reminder to all MEN that this weekend is our MEN'S ENCOUNTER. Registration is at 6:30 p.m. Friday, January 30 and the Friday night session starts promptly
at 7:00 p.m.

The Saturday sessions start bright and early at 8:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast and session one starting at 8:30 a.m. Sessions run all day long, ending about 9:00 p.m.

Registration is $ 50.00 for first time attendees and $ 25.00 for those who have attended before.

The registration fee includes all the sessions, handouts, and three meals on Saturday -- such a deal!

You may register at the door on Friday night if you have not yet registered through the church office.

Dear Rez Family and Friends,

Some of you may know that our children's pastor Melissa Hanson recently had a baby the first week in December. Baby Mariah is currently in the intensive care unit with RSV - a respiratory infectious disease. She has been in the ICU since Saturday. They are giving her oxygen periodically and nebulizer treatments. She has lots of congestion and is having difficulty breathing at times. Please pray for a quick recovery and complete healing for little Mariah. Thank you so much for your prayers!
