We are sending this reminder email to all those who signed up on the registration list to attend the Rez Life Anniversary Ball on Saturday, February 13 at Bearpath Country Club in Eden Prairie.
According to our records, you have not yet paid for your reservation. All payments must be made no later than THIS SUNDAY.
No payments will be received at the event and Rez Life must make final payment to the venue early next week.
We are required to have a final paid attendee list submitted to Bearpath for entrance that night at the gate.
Please let me or Donna Clark know that you received this email and let us know if you will make your payment by this Sunday.
If you have decided NOT to attend, we need that information as well. Donna also needs to know if you want the CHICKEN or the PORK entree.
